DELIVERY INFORMATION
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, you order will be packed and dispatched provided:
- We have the item of you chosen in stock.
- Your address has been provided correctly.
- Payment has been successfully received by us.
FREE Standard Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $70 (2-5 business days) on all orders
Express Shipping (next day delivery*) with Australia Post available for AUD$10
All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post within 48 hours of ordering.
Orders can be delivered to a PO Box, business or residential addresses. If you are not at home, your order will be left in a safe place on the property.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping can take 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping & Next Day Delivery * - If you are located within the national Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), this means delivery within 1-2 business days to most customers. Customers outside this network or in regional areas may need to wait 2-4 days for items to be delivered.
Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.
ORDERING ASSTIANCE

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you can either receive an immediate refund or choose something else.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our service to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered.
If for any reason something isn't right, we offer a refund (excludes sale items) or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
HOW TO REFUND/EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
- Ensure your items meet our return and exchange policy:

- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (sale items can only be returned for exchange or credit note only.

3. Place the item(s) you’re returning into a secure parcel along with your completed form and original invoice.

We recommend sending your returns via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- You may return any full priced items for a refund or exchange via the online store within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
(Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe box).
- Should you have a faulty item, please email ozshoeclub@gmail.com before sending your item back.
